Ingredients
- 1 batch Paleo Chorizo Bacon Burger mix
- 1 lb stew meat
- 1 onion, diced
- 6 large cloves garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 Tsp Mexican Hot Style Chili Powder
- 2 Tsp kosher salt
- 2 Tsp Ground Cumin
- 1 Tbsp Firebreather
- 2 cups Beef Stock
- 15 Oz can Red Gold crushed tomatoes
- 8 Oz Can Red Gold tomato sauce

Instructions
- In a cast iron skillet, brown the Chorizo Bacon Burger Mix and diced onions
- Add chili powders, cumin, garlic, salt and peppers to the skillet and mix
- In a cast iron dutch oven, brown the stew meat
- Once browned, empty the contents of the skillet in to the dutch oven
- Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and beef stock to the dutch oven
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 45-50 minutes
